Project Overview
JVL Painters was engaged by Hindmarsh to deliver the painting package for ARC Bowden, a major residential development located on Park Terrace with uninterrupted views across the Adelaide city skyline.
The development features an 12-storey residential tower comprising 145 modern apartments. The building also includes four boutique retail tenancies at ground level, contributing to the activation and amenity of the precinct.
Residents will enjoy panoramic views across the Adelaide CBD, Adelaide Hills and coastline, with the development positioned in one of Bowden’s most prominent locations.
JVL Painters is currently delivering high-quality finishes throughout the development, with the project set to be completed in October 2026.
