Project Overview
JVL Painters was engaged by Tandem Building Group to deliver the complete internal and external painting package for Ocea, a multi-level residential development comprising 42 apartments and four retail tenancies.
Completed in 2022, Ocea is located within the new Charles Street precinct as part of the Commercial & General WEST development.
JVL Painters delivered high-quality finishes throughout the apartments, common areas, retail spaces and external elements, contributing to the overall presentation and quality of this prominent mixed-use development.
